■ Spent evenings in December 2002 and ’03 with cancer patients at Green Bay’s St. Vincent Hospital, reading Christmas stories and handing out gifts.
■ Spent $5,000 in 2002 to buy championship rings for Miami Edison HS girls basketball team, inner-city school that won its second straight Class 6A state title in 2002 but had gone without rings following initial championship the previous year.
■ One of 16 pro athletes in spring 2005 to compete in ESPN Bowling Night.
■ Participated in NFL Cayman Challenge in May 2004 in which players competed in events such as kayaking, snorkeling and deep-sea fishing.
