La'Roi Glover
La’Roi Glover was named assistant defensive line coach this offseason after seven years of experience working in the NFL and a 13-year playing career that saw him selected for multiple Pro Bowls.

Prior to joining the Jets, Glover spent seven seasons working as the Director of Player Programs for SL | LA. In that role he was responsible for assisting players with their transition into professional football and the development of programs to address off-the-field matters.

Prior to joining the Jets, Glover spent seven seasons working as the Director of Player Programs for SL | LA. In that role he was responsible for assisting players with their transition into professional football and the development of programs to address off-the-field matters.

Glover spent 13 seasons as a defensive tackle in the league, playing in 193 games, that included 191 consecutive to finish his career, for OAK (1996), NO (1997-2001), DAL (2002-05) and SL (2006-08). He amassed 83.5 sacks during his career and was selected to six consecutive Pro Bowl teams, while also receiving All-Pro recognition four times. He was a first-team selection for the 2000s All-Decade team. During the 2000 season, Glover led the league with 17.0 sacks, the second most in league history among defensive tackles, and was named NFL Alumni Defensive Lineman of the Year as well as NFC Defensive Player of the Year.
