The bulky All-Pro guard will again anchor the left side of the Titan offensive line. Bob's crisp blocking and speed make him a key to tne New York ground attack. Versatility personified, he has seen duty everywhere on the forward wall, as well as in the backfield. Mischak was an outstanding offensive end with Army's famous "Comeback Team" of 1953. That year he was named to the All-East squad and played in the College All-Star game. After being drafted by the Cleveland Browns, Bob entered the service for a three year stint. He returned to the Browns following his discharge, and in 1958 was traded to the Giants, where he put in fulltime duty as offensive guard. After a one-year layoff, the Titans lured the husky cadet back into the pro ranks, and Bob lost no time in reasserting his status as one of the top guards in the game.
