Robert Marques - #55 - LB - Boston U. - Profile

Bob was the starting middle linebacker for the Titan defensive unit last year, until he was injured at mid-sea- son. The stocky second-year man has excellent lateral range and tackles with tigerish ferocity. A 1959 graduate of BU, Marques (pronounced Marks) was named on the All-New England team as a center. At high school in his native Everett, Mass., he played at fullback as well as on the line. A member of the Marine Corps reserves, Bob works off season with an Everett construction company.
