One of the most pleasant surprises on 1985 Jet team started 7 games at ROLB in 1985 before suffering a sprained knee at Buffalo in week #14 will look to come back following major knee surgery ... finished season with 49 tackles, 2 OB sacks and 1 forced fumble ... also played well on special teams ... led team with 24 special teams tackles in 1984 ... dropped 10 pounds in 1984 switching from DE to LB was originally St. Louis' 3rd round 1982 pick, but was released and signed by the Jets was All-Southland Conference Defensive Player of the Year as senior at McNeese State ... majored in business administration ... wife Tina, daughter Holly 3.
