Summary of Position:

Seeking a highly motivated, professional and experienced leader who will help oversee the full time sales team while also selling at a very high level. Position is designed to lead a team that will market, present and sell New York Jets PSL's and Season Tickets to a variety of clients ranging from individuals , to medium and large corporations. Principle Responsibilities
• Promote, market and sell New York Jets PSL's and Season Tickets
• Help hire, train motivate and manage professional sales staff (14-18 reps) to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual goals set by the VP of Consumer Sales & Service
• Monitor call volume and individual progress of each sales team member.
• Sell at a high pace while also managing team
• Meet regularly with VP of Consumer Sales & Service regarding sales team progress
• Assist in creating and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly sales tracking for management
• Help implement and execute a sales plan to reach all team and department goals

Requirements/Qualifications
• 6+ years experience in sports sales
• 2+ years experience in management
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, work independently and produce results
• Ability to work non-traditional hours
• Strong knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Archtics a plus.
• Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism and passion for the sports industry.
• Strong oral communication skills
• Four-Year College Degree.
