Jets All-Pro cornerback Darrelle Revis came in at number 24 on NFL Network's "Top 100 Players of 2016." This is the sixth straight year he's been named to the Top 100 and he is the fourth member of the team to make the list, joining Matt Forte, Muhammad Wilkerson, and Brandon Marshall.

Revis put together one of his best seasons in his first year back for the Green & White. He led all corners throughout the league with a career high nine takeaways, as his four fumble recoveries tied for the league's best.

"What makes Revis the island is that he's the most patient corner out there," said Steelers receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey. "He believes in his ability to catch up and his footwork. For a receiver, that's the most frustrating thing you can have: a guy that's patient, a guy that doesn't panic."

The persistent and cerebral Revis was a major component of a defense that finished fourth in the NFL.

"There are times you feel like he can be beaten because it's been done before," said Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins. "But there are other times where he proves why he's Darrelle Revis. He's a smart corner, not just an athletic corner."

Revis is recovering from offseason wrist surgery and is expecting to be ready for training camp. As for his expectations this season, it's about the postseason.

"Just win, win games," he said. "We have a tough schedule this year. For me, right now, where I'm at in my career, it's just continue to win games, try to get back to the playoffs and make a run."
