Weiss Preview: Jets Keep Hope Alive

Posted Dec 9, 2012

With their 17-10 road win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jets have now won three of their last four games and kept their longshot playoff hopes alive. With the game on the line, Mark Sanchez came up with a huge 37-yard pass to backup tight end Jeff Cumberland. He otherwise was unimpressive but avoided turnovers, something he hasn't done much this year. On the defensive side of the ball, the Jets played well especially in the second half. One defender in particular had the best game of his career. Check back Monday morning to read who my surprise star is.
