WR DaMarcus Ganaway Waived

The New York Jets have waived wide receiver DaMarcus Ganaway. The announcement was made by general manager Mike Tannenbaum.

Ganaway (6'2", 185) was signed to a reserve/future contract with the club on Jan. 17. He started 34 of 40 games at Kentucky Wesleyan and finished his college career with 214 receptions, 2,653 yards and 22 touchdowns. He did not play football in 2011.
