TIFFANY: Tips to Help You Look Flight Crew Fresh

Posted Oct 9, 2012

Hey, Flight Crew Fans!

With a year under my rhinestone belt, I thought it might be fun to share a few “secret” beauty tips that I have learned with our female fans. Dancing for an entire football game is an absolute blast, but it’s also tough work! The Flight Crew Cheerleaders rely on gameday-tested beauty tricks to keep our hair and makeup looking bright and fresh during the games.

Here are a few of my favorite tips that will work wonders for your next big event — a wedding, a dance recital, or even a night out on the town!

Things you’ll need to always look “picture perfect”:

Dry Shampoo — During the game, we really work up a sweat dancing, and we only have a quick moment to touch up at halftime. This product is great to perk up limp hair and keep it fresh and bouncy. Once you spray the dry shampoo into your roots, it will absorb the oils in your hair and add body to it. Finally, re-tease at the root and you are ready to go!

Chap Stick — Not only good to keep your lips soft and smooth, this works well if you want your eye shadow color to stay on for hours. All you do is apply a thin layer of ChapStick as a primer before applying your shadow.

Deodorant — Great to absorb sweat from your face and that unwanted glow you get in pictures. Simply apply clear deodorant above your lip and around your hair line.

Vaseline — For a natural look, try using plain Vaseline on your lashes instead of mascara. It darkens lashes, won’t dry up (which causes lashes to break off), and it won’t cake up.

Double Stick Tape — Helps keep your undergarments and uniform in place.

Now go out and enjoy your game day with that Flight Crew fresh look!
