Please note there is a freeze period starting June 25, 2015. Transfers will not be processed during this time. The PSL Transfer process will resume on August 1, 2015.
To initiate a transfer of your PSL(s), you will need to fill out the online PSL Transfer Application by clicking here or call Jets Clients Relations at (800)469-JETS.
What do I need to complete the application?
To complete the application, you will need the section and seat number(s) applicable to the PSL being transferred, the season ticket subscriber account number corresponding to the PSL, the billing address, telephone number and email address associated with the subscriber account, and the name, address, telephone number, and email address of the proposed transferee of your PSL (that is, the person to whom you are transferring your PSL).
Does my PSL need to be paid in full before I can transfer my seats?
Yes, your PSL transfer will not be processed if there is any portion of your PSL fee that has not been paid or if any payment for tickets is past due.
Are there any exceptions to this rule?
The only exception is if you are transferring the PSL to an immediate family member (defined as your spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandchild, niece, or nephew). Jets Stadium Development (JSD) may require proof of the family relationship, in form satisfactory to JSD in its sole discretion, in order for this exception to apply.
Is there a transfer fee? (PSL)?
You will be required to pay an administrative fee of $100 per transaction (i.e., per account transfer). The only exception is if you are transferring the PSL to an immediate family member (defined as your spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandchild, niece, or nephew).
What happens after an application has been submitted by the transferor?
Transferor (that is, the person transferring the PSL) - After the PSL Transfer Application has been fully completed, Jets Client Relations will send a verification email to the email address listed in your account to verify initiation of your PSL transfer and your payments. The email will contain a link for you to follow to confirm initiation of the PSL transfer — this confirmation constitutes your legal authorization for JSD to transfer your PSL.
Transferee (that is, the person receiving the PSL) - After Jets Client Relations has received the PSL Transfer Application and verified the transferor’s identity and payments, they will contact you, the transferee, to verify your identity and your consent to the transfer. You will be required to confirm the name of the transferor and the section, row and seat numbers corresponding to the PSL being transferred to you. Jets Client Relations will request your name, address, telephone number, and email address and will use that information to set up a season ticket subscriber account for the PSL being transferred to you. Jets Client Relations will send you an email to verify your acceptance of the transferred PSL. The email will contain a link for you to follow to confirm your acceptance of the PSL transfer, which will include presentation to you of a Personal Seat License Agreement and, if the PSL relates to Club Seats, a Club Seat License Agreement.
What happens if the Reward Cards for the upcoming season have already been issued prior to the transfer taking place?
Once the seats are moved into the transferee’s account, the Cards associated with the transfer will be deactivated. The Jets will issue the transferee new Jets Reward Cards before the next home game. If a transfer is submitted later than the Wednesday leading up to a home game, the transferee will be asked to print out tickets through their Account Manager for the next game.
