What is your favorite food? I could eat sushi every day for the rest of my life. I also have a severe weakness for rich desserts.

Describe your perfect date. It wouldn’t need to be anything hugely elaborate (although elaborate is fun), just as long as it involves a really good meal and plans that reflect thought and effort being put into them. A great date for me would range among many things, from a fancy dinner and tickets to a comedy club to cooking dinner together at home and having an "Entourage" marathon.

What qualities do you look for in your ideal mate? Obviously I look for all the key qualities just about everybody looks for — someone who is loyal, kind, selfless, honest, and thoughtful. But what gets me the most is someone who is exciting and electrifying. I need someone who is spontaneous, edgy, passionate, driven, and who has an over-the-top sense of humor. I can be extremely goofy and sarcastic so it’s important that the person could make me laugh and would be able to not only put up with some playful teasing, but could dish it right back. I’m not happy unless I’m laughing.

What would be once place you would love to travel? My dream destination is Bora Bora, Tahiti, and I would stay in one of those bungalows that are on the water with the glass-bottom floors.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I’m pretty fickle so it’s hard for me to picture where I will be next week. But hopefully I will find myself happy and married with a lot of dogs, a house on the water, and still dancing.

What is your favorite movie? "The Shawshank Redemption."

What is your favorite book? "Inherit the Wind" by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee.

Name five people you would invite to your celebrity dinner party. George Carlin, Sting, Brad Pitt, Britney Spears (circa her “I’m A Slave 4 U” days), and Stephen Tyler.

Tell us one thing that would surprise people about you. I sleep every night with a baby security blanket. It’s torn up and ratty but I refuse to get rid of it. Anyone who knows me personally knows about my blanket, and I am teased unmercifully for it. I’m still not getting rid of it.

One thing you would like to change about yourself? I would like it if I wasn’t so hard on myself about everything. I always strive for perfection which is an unobtainable goal, and I often set unrealistic standards for myself which I will then criticize myself for falling short of.

Describe your career aspirations. I’m now in the process of acquiring prerequisites for graduate school where I plan on getting my doctorate in physical therapy.

Who is your role model? My mother. She is an outrageous dancer and an even better person. All the positive things in my life I owe to her and the immeasurable amount of love and guidance she has given me every day of my life. She is everything I ever hope to be.

What is your best beauty secret? A nutritious diet and lots of sleep! I’m also obsessed with my eyelash curler.

What is your favorite restaurant in NY/NJ? There’s a small old-fashioned diner that I regular called Thomas’s. The atmosphere is so warm and comforting, you feel as though you’re sitting in your own kitchen at home. The food is fresh and amazing and everything about the place is still the way it was when they first opened it many years ago. They serve old-fashion milk shakes and bring your eggs and breakfast dishes out to you on the skillets they were cooked in. It feels like you stepped into an old movie. I love it so much.

What do you love most about Jets fans? Their energy, intensity, and true loyalty. It’s those qualities that make performing for them as thrilling as it is.

What has been your favorite experience so far as a member of the Flight Crew? Nothing so far has been able to compare to the feeling of walking out of the tunnel and into that roaring stadium for the first time. I grew up on Long Island with the Jets being our backyard heroes and it was so overwhelming and exhilarating to be able to run the flag onto the field with the team running out behind me. The feeling is indescribable.

What is one interesting fact about yourself that few people know? I co-hosted a talk radio show for a few years when I was in high school. It focused on prevalent issues teens deal with, and I acted as the female point of view.

What was your most unusual job? I’ve really never had an unusual job, although it would have fun to have one to speak of.

What songs are on your iPod right now? My taste in music is extremely eclectic. My music collection hits every genre, every decade, and every style. But I did check my iPod to help answer this question, and the last song listened to was “Pink” by Aerosmith. They’re my favorite band.

What is your philosophy on life? Live life to the absolute fullest!! Appreciate and savor every little thing life has to offer, the good and the bad, because it’s just way too short to do anything else.

Describe your greatest accomplishment. Making it onto the Flight Crew! It really has been the most exciting thing I’ve done yet.

What are your hobbies? Dancing is first and foremost. I’m also really into fitness as a whole so I love to work out and keep myself constantly updated on the newest exercise trends. I love to write, bake, read, travel, and I am sickly obsessed with the TV show "Lost." When the show is in season that becomes a hobby that just might challenge my love for dance.

What three words best describe your personality? Passionate, vivacious, and insightful.

What is one goal you want to accomplish in your lifetime? To be able to look back on my life someday and know that I pursued every dream and goal to its fullest.

What is the best concert you’ve ever been to? Seeing the Police reunited was pretty wild.

What is your favorite holiday and why? Christmas, hands down. I love everything about it — the snow, the food, the decorations, the music, the presents, and the overall spirit. I also have an enormous and extremely close family that throws the most amazing Christmas Eve parties. My family is crazy and there is never a dull moment. We even went caroling spontaneously one year. It was hysterical.

What actress would you want to play you in a movie? It wouldn’t really make a difference to me as long as she was playing opposite someone like Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp.

Where is your favorite place to shop? Esprit. I also love Express and American Apparel.

If you could live in one city for the rest of your life, where would you live? Los Angeles, if I could get my whole family to come with me.

What do you like to do on the weekends? Since my weeks are super busy, I like to keep my weekends as low-key as possible. Of course I love to go out and have fun, but being that I’m always on the go, I’ve really come to appreciate being able to just stay in and relax. I also like to use the time to catch up with the people in my life and spend some extra time with my two amazing dogs.

What do you love most about Jets football? The fans!!!!!!
