New York Jets Flight Crew Profile : Gina 2007

Jets Flight Crew member Gina, like many of her teammates, is a Long Island native, from West Babylon, N.Y. She graduated from Nassau College with an associates degree in dance and also is licensed as a cosmetologist.

Gina currently works as a hairdresser and also teaches dance.

Gina is one of the most accomplished dancers on The Jets Flight Crew, with more than 20 years of training in many different types of dance. She got started dancing as a toddler and was a member of the West Babylon cheerleading squad from elementary school until the end of high school.

She was previously a FireDancer for the New York Dragons of the Arena Football League and was named captain of the team for the past three years.

On a perfect night out, Gina would be “dancing with my loved ones” and “having fun!”

She says one of her favorite hobbies is drawing and that "I love any art.”

Gina is very proud of her Italian heritage and lists “putting my shoes on the table” as one of her most unusual superstitions.

She is very excited to be working for the Jets and she is “thankful to whoever watches over me” for the opportunity to dance on the field at the Meadowlands.
