My perfect date would be a sunny day spent out on a boat relaxing and having fun in the sun.

What qualities do you look for in your ideal mate?

I am so thankful to have a husband who is kind, ambitious, loyal, supportive and has a great sense of humor-I couldn’t have found a more ideal mate!

What would be one place you would love to travel?

My ultimate vacation would be a cruise around the world. Visiting places like Dubai, Fiji, the Mediterranean, and New Zealand all in one trip would be the greatest vacation ever.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?

Hopefully, happy and healthy looking back on a few great seasons as part of the Flight Crew I also would like to have completed a master’s degree and be on a new path in working on food and nutrition education.

What is your favorite movie?

My favorite movie is That Thing You Do, it stared Tom Hanks and Liv Tyler and is about a one hit wonder band in the early sixties. It’s totally corny but I love it.

What is your favorite book?

My new favorite book is Ali Wentworth’s biography Ali in Wonderland. It was really funny and how can you not love someone who’s first thought in a crisis is to go to the Four Seasons.

Name five people you would invite to your celebrity dinner party?

If I was hosting a celebrity dinner party the guest list would include…                                   Andy Cohen, because he is the mind behind the Real Housewives Franchise, all of which are my favorite shows, and I need to thank him for it. Former President George Bush because I was lucky enough to meet him at last season’s home opener against the Cowboys but was so excited I forgot to tell him I read his book, saw him on Oprah and thought he was surprisingly funny. Bethany Frankel because I think it’s pretty powerful that she built a multimillion dollar empire on a ‘skinny’ margarita. Oh and she was a natural foods chef, so I could use her help in the kitchen. Chelsea Handler, because I have read all her books and even seen her live…hysterical every time. Plus she would bring all the gossip to keep the conversation going. Of course, I would invite my best friend, Brie, because I couldn’t have all of these celebs in one place without inviting her to share in the fun.

Tell us one thing that would surprise people about you?

One thing that may surprise people about me is that I have unusually good aim. I went to a shooting range and was surprised at how close I got to the bull’s eye on a lot of my shots-but I am afraid to go back because it was kind of scary.

One thing you would like to change about yourself?

One thing I am still trying to change about myself is my lack of self-confidence. Last season was a challenge for me and the fact that I didn’t believe in myself only made it harder. As the year went on I started to learn how to not stand in my own way-but it is still a work in progress.

Describe your career aspirations?

My career aspirations have changed so much the past few years, but I think for now I have settled on working on a Master’s degree and hopefully becoming a dietician or nutritionist.

Who is your role model?

My role model is my husband Kyle. There is not a goal he has set that he hasn’t reached, he welcomes a challenge and meets it head on with hard work and persistence. He is always sure of himself and confident in his choices. What I lack in myself I see in him, and I am lucky to have someone as smart and kind as he is to guide and encourage me.

What is your best beauty secret?

My best beauty secret is going to sound strange…its green juice!  Throw kayle, spinach, an apple and water in the blender, puree, and enjoy. I think that giving your body such a great serving of nutrients not only helps your insides, but helps you look great on the outside too.

What is your favorite restaurant in NY/NJ?

My favorite restaurant in New Jersey is Zoe in Little Silver, NJ. I order the same thing every time, the crab cake appetizer and the Zoe salad, its simple but always delicious. It’s hard to pick a favorite restaurant in New York because it is the food capital of the world. But one of my standout restaurants in the city is Mesa Grill, I am not a huge meat eater, but I had one of the best steaks ever there.

What do you love most about Jets Fans?

What I love most about Jets fans is that they are not shy, they say what they mean and they mean what they say.  One of the best parts of last season was getting to go on appearances and meet the fans.  They are the most loyal and outspoken group in the NFL-how could you not love them.

What has been your favorite experience so far as a member of the Flight Crew?

Last season’s Christmas Eve game Holiday Half Time Show was by far my favorite experience. It was the only time out of the whole year when our entire team got to dance on the field together; it was the perfect way to end the season.

What is one interesting fact about yourself that few people know?

One interesting fact about me that few people know is that I am really into baking with vegetables. I know it sounds kind of weird but I make spinach brownies that will knock your socks off!

What is your most unusual job?

My most unusual job was working for First Class Notes in college. I pretty much got paid for going to random classes and taking notes and they in turn would sell the notes to other students. It was pretty random, but a great way to make money in college.

What songs are on your iPod right now?

Right now I am downloading a mix of country songs for summer, a little bit of Pitbull and JLO, and of course Flight Crew songs to practice our dances too.

What is your philosophy on life?

“It’s never too late to be what you might have been” George Elliot. There was a time when I thought I would never cheer at a football game again and now I am lucky enough to cheer for the New York Jets-I still can’t believe it! The point being if you have a dream go for it-be what you want to be, with enough hard work you will get there-if I did anyone can.

Describe your greatest accomplishment?

It’s a tie between graduating from college with honors and making the Flight Crew for a second season. Last year was one of the most challenging yet most rewarding years of my life. I worked as hard as I could to improve and make the team for another season. I know I still have a lot to work on and there is always more to accomplish, but for now I am proud to say I am a Flight Crew Cheerleader.

What are your hobbies?

My hobbies are pretty much anything that keeps me active. On the weekends you can probably find me playing tennis, catching a yoga class, going to the beach, and of course making time to practice our new dances.

What are three words that best describe your personality?

Three words that best describe my personality are effervescent because I am very bubbly and it just pours out of me. Curious because I am always asking questions and kind because I genuinely want everyone to feel comfortable and happy around me and kindness is the best way to do it.

What is one goal you want to accomplish in your lifetime?

One goal I would like to accomplish in my lifetime is to write a book-I am not sure about what yet, but I know one day the idea will hit me. My parents would be so proud to see me actually putting my journalism degree to good use!

What’s the best concert you have ever been to?

The best concert I have ever been to was my first concert- Z100’s Zootopia. Even though there were tons of performers, the part that stands out the most was when Bon Jovi came on. Everyone was standing on their chairs, singing along, it was so much fun, and totally Jersey.

What is your favorite holiday and why?

Memorial Day is the holiday I look forward to most all year because it is the start of summer my favorite season, and I really love my tradition of spending it at the beach with my mom and sister.

What actress would play you in a movie?

When my hair was darker a lot of people used to tell me I looked like Teri Hatcher, so I guess she would be a good choice to play me in a movie…what do you think?

What is your favorite place to shop?

My personal style would fall into the preppy category, right now I am really into Lilly Pulitzer
but I love anything plaid, seersucker, or nautical inspired.

If you could live in one city for the rest of your life, where would you live?

If I had to live in one city for the rest of my life, I would say Los Angeles, especially the Westwood neighborhood. It has all the benefits of a city, plus you can be hiking in a canyon or relaxing at the beach within twenty minutes and of course the weather is fantastic!

What do you like to do on the weekends?

On the weekends in the fall and winter I really enjoy going to Rutgers games and supporting my Scarlet Knights. I will attempt to ski but I am not very good at it, and of course Sundays are reserved for Jet’s football at my house. When the warm weather gets here all I want to do is be outside-so you can find me at the relaxing at the beach or by the pool, and trying to beat my husband at tennis.

What do you love most about Jets football?

I have to say what I love most about Jet’s football is head coach Rex Ryan. The more I read and hear about him the funnier and more personable I find him to be. He is just such a character; you can’t help but love him.
